We have 2 full time posts available for this role at our Hammersmith Hospital Site on the Robert and Lisa Sainsbury Wing.
You will be required to welcome patients, consultant medical staff and visitors to the department. To provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the designated department and manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department. Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team. You will have an integral role to provide an excellent outpatient service in order to maintain and increase existing business and encourage new business.
This post requires someone that has excellent customer care, interpersonal skills and a professional and courteous telephone manner. You will require excellent time management skills, able to prioritise and manage your workload effectively, and remain calm whilst working under pressure. You may also be required to have difficult conversations around patient issues and therefore experience of working in a healthcare setting or similar environment would be an advantage.

Create outpatient invoices for payment and receive remittance for outpatient’s episodes out of hours
