ABOUT EQUAL
EQUAL is an Institute of Public Character (IPC) charity that focuses on improving social, emotional and mental health and well-being of children, youths, persons with special needs, and the elderly. We do this through transformative animal-assisted services which are evidence-based.
EQUAL has a strong culture of care and service to people, animals and communities. We partner rescued and retired horses to empower those whom we serve, enhancing their socio-emotional well-being, self-awareness and relationship management skills – developing resilience and strengthening individuals and communities.
Responsibilities:
As part of the Outreach and Development team, you will support the marketing communications, partnerships and outreach efforts at EQUAL, to further the work, profile and presence of the organisation. Focusing on EQUAL’s branding, marketing materials, outreach opportunities, touchpoints with various stakeholders, social media as well as media engagements, you will support EQUAL with:
1. Strategic Communication and Brand Storytelling : Crafting compelling narratives that align with EQUAL’s mission, articulating the impact of its services, and building strong brand awareness amongst stakeholders (including funders, potential and existing donors, community partners and public).
2. Digital Engagement and Data Analysis : Proficiently utilising digital platforms to engage target audiences, and measuring effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting strategies for maximum engagement through data analytics.
3. Partnership Building and CRM Expertise : Developing partnerships and managing relationships through effective use of CRM tools to expand EQUAL’s network.
4. Creative Content Development and SEO : Creating engaging content optimized for search engines to enhance online presence and attract traffic to EQUAL’s digital channels.
5. Adaptive Project Leadership : Managing and executing integrated marketing projects that are responsive to the evolving needs of the community, and aligned to EQUAL’s strategies.
6. Planning, Measurement & Metrics : Setting, monitoring and evaluating targets and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of EQUAL’s branding and communication strategies and initiatives.
This role may require to work on weekends and public holidays if there are programmes or events. You will work closely with the Outreach & Development team members. You may also be required to work on other areas and projects as assigned by your Reporting Officer, the Board and Management.
