Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

Due to the genuine growth of the performance marketing team at BrightHR, an exciting new role is available for a passionate, analytical, and highly organised Outreach Manager.
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the role that backlinks play in the performance of the SEO channel, understanding competitor strategies and combining knowledge with data to help define our delivery of relevant links to our site. You’ll be experienced in a range of strategies, from hygiene factors to tactical opportunities and maximising the value of wider marketing campaigns and initiatives, looking beyond “Digital PR”.
This is a global role across all our English speaking territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Global Head of SEO to plan the outreach roadmap
  • Develop and execute tactics and strategies to earn relevant, trusted links to the BrightHR website to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team across wider marketing campaigns, maximising value from campaign assets
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the PR & Content Manager, creating opportunities from our PR activity
  • Report on the contribution your work gives to overall SEO channel performance.
  • Optimise website content including landing pages and blog articles, considering the onward user journey from your activations.
  • Analyse competitors’ link acquisition strategies and identify opportunities to stay ahead in organic search rankings.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Work with the Global Head of SEO and Head of Performance to reach channel growth targets.
  • Create content briefs for internal and external content creators, ensuring that content cannibalisation, thin and low quality content is avoided.
  • Support on wider team activity and objectives as required.
