JOB DESCRIPTION
We currently have a full-time position available for an Outside Parts Sales Representative at our Salisbury location.
This is an excellent opportunity for a team player with a can-do attitude in the workplace. The Outside Parts Sales Representative builds trust through continuous innovation, becoming a reliable advisor for their customers. This role has excellent opportunities for advancement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous dealership Parts experience preferred
- Heavy duty parts knowledge is an asset
- Valid Driver’s license
- Self-motivated to create and implement a sales plan with Parts Manager directives
- Demonstrate cold-calling skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop the assigned sales territory, fostering opportunities by engaging current and prospective customers
- Build professional relationships with customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and email
- Submit a weekly sales call log to report sales activity, opportunities, and potential threats to accounts
- Sales forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery of exceptional service
- Resolve potential issues between the company and the customer
- Contribute to the team effort by performing related tasks as needed
