Description:
We are seeking an Agent Recruiter to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for head hunting Agents (outside business entities) to contract with England Logistics Agent Division to function as an independent contractor and limited agent to solicit and arrange for movement of freight in EL’s behalf. The ideal candidate will be social media savvy and possess excellent phone mannerisms and relationship building abilities. In addition the candidate will be required to work in a team-based environment while working alongside varying personalities.

- Strong organizational skills
- Extremely social media savvy with a heavy presence on LinkedIn
- Transportation related experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Headhunting and sourcing agent opportunities
- Ensuring all weekly/monthly goals are met and exceeded
- Usage of LinkedIn and other forums of social media
- Completing reports and keeping an active pipeline
- Qualifying agent leads
- Liaising with managers and team members to ensure smooth transition after a lead has been qualified
- Identifying revenue producing opportunities
- Ability to source and qualify agent leads by.
- Outlining EL’s Sponsor/Agent Partnership
- Determine if there is an appropriate business fit
