Our mission is to help small to medium-sized service businesses streamline their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth through innovative technology solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services with a personal touch, ensuring our clients achieve lasting success. We are seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and service incoming leads from our organic marketing services.
This is a full commission role where your greatest asset is your ability to build solutions to problems that our prospects are struggling to find a solution to.

Compensation:
$125,000 at plan earningsResponsibilities:
- Prospect and Target: Identify and target potential clients in small to medium-sized service businesses, focusing on home service contractors, construction-focused businesses, and general contractors.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective outside sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ CRM challenges and requirements.
- Present and Demonstrate: Present and demonstrate the value of our Zoho consulting services, showcasing how they can address clients’ pain points and improve their operations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, Zoho product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an outside sales role, preferably within the CRM, technology, or software industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, with specific knowledge of Zoho software being highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fully commissioned role.
- Comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
