QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales with a solid track record.
• Ability to travel within the Capital District with a reliable vehicle.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (or another CRM system).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• HR, HCM/HRIS, and payroll knowledge and sales experience.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you’ll operate within a defined geographic territory, engaging clients and prospects of all sizes and revenue streams. Your mission will be to uncover leads, bring in new clients, and propose additional solutions to our existing clients. Success in this role hinges on your ability to establish trust, build strong relationships, and effectively address client needs and expectations.
