Outside Sales Consultant

at  Lee Lighting

The primary function of the Outside Sales Position will be to acquire, maintain and increase the builder / designer sales business outside of the Showroom.
This position will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and also abide by company rules as enforced in the Showrooms by Store Management as pertaining to Showroom standards and other required duties within the Showrooms. An Outside Salesperson working for Lee Lighting is expected to manage and complete the entire sales cycle from prospect identification through account set up and account maintenance.
In order to fulfill these responsibilities, the Outside Salesperson will be expected to have knowledge of customer-focused selling strategies and techniques. While expertise in the field of lighting and equipment is beneficial, Lee Lighting will also provide salespeople with ongoing training as needed on industry developments, vendor / material specifications and standard practices.
Must have valid drivers license, insurance and own vehicle.
Must pass background and drug screen
