Responsibilities:

  •  Sales & Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, develop leads, and respond to customer inquiries. Identify customer needs, provide product information, and assist with quotations and order processing.
  •  Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and engaging with potential new clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues.
  •  Order Coordination:  Manage order processes from start to finish, including coordination with the logistics team for shipping and delivery, and providing after-sales support.
  •  Market Research:  Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  •  Administrative Duties:  Utilize CRM software for maintaining customer records, track sales activities, and support preparation for marketing campaigns.
  •  Furniture Design Software: Candidates with experience in 2020 Design software or Mozaic Configurator for furniture design will have an added advantage
