Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be on the ground, actively selling long-term appliance repair and maintenance contracts to businesses in Calgary. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, as you’ll be knocking on doors, networking with business owners, and closing deals in person.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect & Generate Leads – Identify and approach restaurants, hotels, cafés, and other businesses that need reliable appliance repair services.
- Sell Service Contracts – Present TechVill’s value proposition and negotiate annual maintenance and repair agreements.
- Door-to-Door & Field Sales – Visit potential clients daily, build relationships, and close deals face-to-face.
- Client Relationship Management – Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Research & Strategy – Identify market trends, analyze competitors, and refine sales tactics to increase conversion rates.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Targets – Hit monthly and quarterly goals with our uncapped commission structure.
