At Ageless Men’s Health we focus on safe and medically managed testosterone replacement therapy, weight management, skin care and concierge medicine to help our patients improve their overall health and wellness.
With over 70 clinics nationwide and a growing patient base, Ageless Men’s Health is in a period of exponential growth. We are expanding in all facets of business and looking for an Outside Sales Representative to add to our Phoenix area team.

JOB SUMMARY

As an Outside Sales Representative with Ageless Men’s Health, you will have the responsibility to attend outside sales and community events to establish new leads, schedule patient evaluations and sell products and services offered by Ageless to new clientele.
This position will require travel around the Phoenix Valley for events and outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Develops leads and schedules evaluations in the field for established market.
  • Establishes client record through scheduling eval and inputting client information into Phreesia (CRM system).
  • Coordinates marketing and outreach events in the market.
  • Represents the company at events to generate leads and promote services.
  • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Works to understand customer needs in the field; identifies and suggests products, services and uses sales/marketing techniques to meet those needs.
  • Maintains communication with previous, current and/or potential customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Reports to Group Director weekly on sales/marketing efforts, progress and challenges.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, sales, lost business, and any customer relationship problems.Performs other duties as assigned.
