We’re currently seeking a Outside Sales Representative to join our Barrie team and help us build what really matters!

Responsibilities:

  • Works in the field making calls and attending industry events to develop close relationships with key decision-makers among existing and new customers.
  • Resolves customer issues and/or concerns in liaison with Inside Sales, Credit and Warehouse personnel.
  • Develops and implements follow-up strategies for specific projects on an ongoing basis.
  • Focuses on consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while also providing accurate sales forecasting.
  • Communicates with customers providing or coordinating customer service, quotes, and dispute resolution by building strong relationship between the customer and Company.
  • Promotes digital sales using the web platform.
  • Develops and services existing and new customers to build and sustain long-term relationships between clients and the company.
  • Reviews sales results with the Regional Manager on a monthly basis or as required/requested
  • Territory planning, calls and route planning to maximize sales.
  • Identifies, targets and acquires new customer accounts.
  • Participates in special sales functions and tradeshows as required/requested.
  • Remains current in company products.
  • Prepares and generates reports as required/requested.
  • Provides support to the Inside Sales department as required.
  • Executes all other duties required by the position and/or requested by the immediate supervisor.
