Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team selling recycled rubber products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Experience in technical sales and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a construction of government project field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
  • Experience in Manufactured goods, recycled goods is favored.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and market analysis is advantageous.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize Pipedrive to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
