Description:

Everest Environmental Group, Inc. is a rapidly growing company and is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Caledonia, Ontario, with the ability to sell company services throughout Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in waste management, environmental services, or a related field (recycling, logistics, etc.).
  • Skills:
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and ZoomInfo.
  • Knowledge of the waste industry & product destruction, including regulations and environmental standards, is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

    Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads:
  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Develop a pipeline of leads by targeting businesses in various industries such as manufacturing, retail, construction, and municipalities.
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Meet with prospective costumers to understand their waste and product destruction needs and provide tailored recycling and waste disposal solutions.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and offer recommendations on cost-effective and environmentally sustainable waste management options.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations to decision-makers, showcasing our full suite of services.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Partnerships:
  • Establish and develop long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a trusted expert by providing ongoing support, handling customers requests, and addressing concerns/service issues.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by selling waste and recycling services and product destruction services.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services such as jobsite services and wastewater management.
  • Contract Negotiation & Management:
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with new customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure service agreements are adhered to.
  • Reporting & CRM Management:
  • Track all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including forecasts, revenue targets, and pipeline status.
