QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in HVAC, manufacturing or related industry
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role, preferably within the wholesale distribution industry
- Knowledge of HVAC industry products is required;
- Demonstrated sales and cold-calling experience, ideally within the industry;
- Experience or Post Secondary education in Business Administration or Mechanical HVAC diploma
- Consistently meeting deadlines within a fast paced work environment and works effectively within time constraint
- Strong ability to work independently to efficiently manage the assigned territory and accounts;
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships;
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment;
- Strong time management, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Travel in North America

Responsibilities:
- Ability to engage with a variety of customers, build & maintain relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills and securing profitable deals
- Optimizes the existing customer base by promoting and selling existing and new products and services to our customers
- Develops new customer potential by examining market opportunities and potential customer needs, tailoring products and services, and selling solutions to potential customers
- Provide new and existing customers with literature, and other support/materials for customers
- Create and present presanctions for customer and Engineers
- Communicate with Factory Product training to provide training, coaching to our customers
- Provides feedback and recommendations on new products, services, and market conditions to customers, and branch management
- Participates in trade shows, training and associated product meetings where appropriate
