Job Summary:
Are you looking to be part of an expanding sales team? Signature Payments, a subsidiary of North American Bancard, is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and organized Outside Sales Representative that is focused on expanding revenue growth by bringing on new merchant processing business. These reps maintain professional contact with prospective customers and develop business through the use of effective closing techniques. They are hunters that are responsible for making connections with merchants in their local geography and turning those connections into sales. The ideal candidate has some merchant account sales experience, is self-directed and self-motivated with a strong understanding of closing techniques and the sales process.
Our Remote Outside Sales Reps play an essential role in the sales of our payments solutions for various merchants and businesses. Why is this role essential? Our team of Outside Sales Reps are experts in cultivating new business opportunities and can build relationships and close sales both over the phone and face-to-face.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision makers
  • Take inbound as well as make outbound calls, follow up on emails, and conduct warm and cold calls
  • Use effective sales closing techniques
  • Maintain integrity of the company through full disclosure of merchant agreement rates, fees, and terms
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas

Education and Experience (Required):

  • 1+ year Sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Base Salary- $43,888 + commission
