We are seeking a highly driven and motivated applicant to join our team. As an outside sales representative, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods (Knocking door to door), educating customers regarding no-cost programs available in their area, and presenting a friendly face to our customers. You will be responsible for attending outgoing training, remaining knowledgeable about ongoing programs, and scheduling an assigned technician. Our sales representatives are a vital part of our team in ensuring customers are properly educated regarding energy savings measures while promoting a friendly and outgoing attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship building: Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering outstanding support
  • In-home sales: Work closely with clients in-home to create customized energy-efficient solutions that align with their goals and objectives
  • Acquiring new business: Engage in lead generation by finding relevant prospects and engaging potential buyers, supplemented by our dedicated marketing team
  • Cross-selling and upselling: Recognize opportunities to offer additional services or products to our existing client base, increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Market research: Stay informed about the energy industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the marketplace

Compensation & Benefits:
The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $45,000 - $105,000 (OTE), varying based on performance with
uncapped commissions. With a wide range of products and services, cross selling to previous customers can
naturally increase your annualized income.
