SUMMARY

The Industry Sales Support Specialist is vital in enhancing Exodus’ presence and increasing sales within the North American travel agent community. This multifaceted role involves content management, social media strategy, brand consistency, collateral development, and importantly, creating educational training for the sales team. The successful candidate will independently spearhead initiatives to promote Exodus to travel partners, enhance the sales teams ability to educate and promote to the North American market and increase the ability to sell Exodus’ adventures effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Educational Training Development: Design and implement training, including identifying educational topics, creating visually appealing presentations, and researching new content. Utilize analytics to refine training approaches and increase sales.
  • Social Media & Content Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that includes engaging posts and interactive content, aimed at increasing brand engagement among travel agents.
  • Collateral Management & Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials, from digital content to event collateral, are visually attractive and adhere to brand guidelines. Oversee the creation of promotional materials and as necessary.
  • Web and Email Optimization & Partner Campaigns: Manage B2B and B2C website content, ensuring it meets the needs of our travel agent partners. Coordinate with partners on campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets and creation of content that aligns with brand guidelines. Create and deploy email marketing campaigns using the CRM.
  • Agent Engagement & Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with travel agents through targeted content and training. Provide tools and resources to ensure consistency with brand messaging and visuals. Grow partner engagement through unique promotions and incentives as well as timely content to achieve sales growth.
