As the Overnight Assistant Manager, you will apply your leadership and people skills to manage overall hotel operations, ensuring a smooth and exceptional guest experience during the night. You will collaborate with key departments, work closely with teams, and oversee the successful completion of night audit procedures, all contributing to the seamless flow of our nightly operations.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

Previous front office or accounting experience in a luxury hospitality environment
Understanding of Forbes 5 Star
Excellent Microsoft Window application and PMS experience is required
Highly organized, ability to be flexible and proven skills working in a fast-paced environment with constant standing and walking throughout the shift
Additional Information

Responsibilities:

Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any problems and concerns with exceptional services and ensuring guest safety is our number one priority
Reconcile revenue balances, process guest ledgers and balance accounts receivable, balance and audit postings and settlements
Prepare management reports
Ensure all system updates for the front office is completed
Lead, support and supervise all overnight operational departments
Other duties as assigned
