Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals exhibiting severe challenging behaviors.
  • Education in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in crisis prevention and intervention techniques (e.g., CPI, MANDT, or similar certifications).
  • Proven expertise in implementing advanced behavioral support strategies and data-based decision making.
  • Experience with severe self-injurious behaviors, aggression, and complex cases requiring 2:1 staffing.
  • Strong skills in Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan development.
  • Proficiency in various data collection methods and behavioral data analysis.
  • Thorough understanding of ethical considerations and rights restrictions in behavioral interventions.
  • In-depth knowledge of MN Statute 245D and regulations applicable to HCBS.
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check from the MN Department of Human Services.
  • Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to changing client needs.
