Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as dispatcher is a plus.
- General computer literacy.
- Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for customer service.
- Must be efficient with strong attention to detail.
- Must have strong customer support orientation.
- Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment

Responsibilities:
- Position Shift: Thursday and Friday from 11p - 7a
- Maintains responsibility for dispatching all of the company’s technicians in a manner that maximizes efficiency and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Answers in-bound calls from customers and assesses their needs.
- Schedules and dispatches technicians to customer’s homes or businesses.
- Provides exceptional customer service to customers at all times.
- Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Performs office clerical work, such as filing and organizing.
- Works as a team player and contributes to the team accordingly.
Performs other duties as assigned.
