Description:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
College Diploma in Police Foundations, Protection Security and Investigation, or related field
Six (6) months of related experience
Valid Class G driver’s license with an abstract acceptable to City guidelines
DEMONSTRATED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Regulatory or enforcement experience
Knowledge of regulations and by-laws related to municipal operations
Ability to deal tactfully & diplomatically with the public exercising sound judgment and discretion as required
Sound knowledge of court procedures and the legality of evidence
Excellent customer service, communication and conflict resolution skills
Sound written skills with the ability to maintain clear and accurate records
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
