THE BREAKDOWN:

Starting as soon as possible we are looking for a seasonal P&C Administration Coordinator in our HQ in Innsbruck to support the P&C team with 15-20h/ week until April 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations in the P&C office
  • Admin tasks and data management in our P&C tool (Dayforce)
  • Administration of contracts, agreements and policies
  • Support in creating overviews and reports
  • Store and track documents
  • Oversee the time reporting and approval process (ZeitConsens)
  • Development and testing of our new P&C tool (Dayforce)
  • Participate and support different P&C projects
