Responsibilities:

JOB ROLE

  • Support and participate in the execution of the P&C strategies, initiatives, and processes in Commercial functions (SFP-Smoke Free Products, Commercial Operations, Combustible Category – to be used just for internal posting).
  • Execute actions plans derived from the P&C functional objectives ensuring consistency and leveraging synergies across supported Teams.
  • Act as business partner on people related matters and collaborate with business leaders building, developing, and sustaining high performing teams in line with evolving needs of employees and business.
  • Anticipate and identify functional needs/opportunities with a P&C aspect and identify/propose solutions and initiatives with impact on organizational /people KPI.
  • Seek and perform employee listening ensuring seamless employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, execute and evaluate the deployment of P&C initiatives and processes in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and P&C sub-functions e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management, DEI- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Engagement
  • Participate in deployment of organizational development plans and execute their specific actions. Seek and provide the inputs on development and capability building needs and work with Talent Management team to address functional and individual needs.
  • Support workforce planning and adequate staffing in functions in cooperation with Talent Acquisition team, participate in recruitment and onboarding & integrations activities in functions.
  • Coach, advise and support people managers on people related matters
  • Prepare analysis and insights on various people/organizational related matters. Continuously seek the areas for review and innovations, for moving the business teams forward to the success.
  • Lead and participate in P&C projects
  • Consolidate and provide the functional inputs for headcount/salaries budget cycles. Monitor and ensure compliance with approved budget.
  • Pro-actively collaborate with other P&C counterparts and sub-teams and provide regularly feedback in order to leverage synergies and continuously improve P&C value to business and employees‘ experience
