Responsibilities:

To make this role a success we are looking for an People & Culture professional with strong business partnering experience, preferably within an FMCG or related environment.
What we would like to see in your application:
- Demonstrated record of influencing and driving a high-performance culture through coaching leaders, covering the full employee lifecycle
- A working knowledge of legislation and regulations as it relates to HR, ER, and IR
- A demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced matrixed organisation with conflict resolution skills
- A strong commercial understanding, to support relevant P&C activities such as headcount budgeting and workforce planning
To achieve this, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading culture and engagement initiatives to improve retention, engagement and performance
- Driving a culture of performance and accountability across the National Field Sales team by partnering with our Field Sales leaders through our performance and development cycle
- Working with lead teams to identify talent, assist in creating targeted development plans and develop clear succession plans for critical roles
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment strategy, attraction of talent and ensuring alignment to budget and headcount constraints
