The aim of a People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) is to develop this experience within specific client groups. Aligning the P&C Strategy with business priorities is key to delivering commercial results. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business the P&C BP is responsible for coaching leaders to develop performance of our colleagues.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Develop the P&C Strategy, ensuring People and Culture plans are aligned with business culture
- Work with your client group colleagues and line managers to deliver the people plan and always ensure it is high priority
- Guide and enhance the abilities of line managers to empower them in effectively guiding their teams while gaining a deep awareness of employee engagement trends and contributing actively to the P&C strategy
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with your client group, Primark People and Culture Business Partner colleagues and Primark COEs
- Work closely with BPs to prepare and coordinate the annual performance management process Make Your Primark for your client groups

- 3+ years experience working in a HR team as a HR Officer/ Generalist/ P&C Experience Coordinator
- Executed strategic projects effectively
- Experience in coaching & influencing Leaders on complex ER matters
- Third level qualification in HR or a business related discipline
- CIPD qualified
- Good working knowledge of Irish and UK employment legislation (including GDPR
