This role will be responsible for the coordination of key P&C and payroll activities to support the P&C team and the wider business.

You possess excellent organisational skills and have a natural curiosity for learning new systems and processes, knowing that each challenge presents an opportunity for growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Processing employee lifecycle changes
  • Assist in managing team mailboxes; address and resolve queries promptly, providing exceptional service to our employees.
  • Understand and interpret company policies in order to assist with employee queries.
  • Enter data efficiently and accurately in multiple systems
  • Check and audit data and troubleshoot any anomalies
  • Preparation and distribution of routine reports

SKILLS:

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring precision in all tasks.
  • Adaptable: Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Customer Focus: Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, facilitating efficient data management and reporting.
  • Confidentiality: Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.
