This role is for a temporary project contract, running until September 30, 2025, with the possibility of extension or assignment to other projects during or after the contract period. We are continually exploring opportunities for further collaboration.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Project consultancy:

Act as a compliance SME to the Stakeholders within the Project for all compliance related topics:

  • Support/prepare stakeholders for discussions with vendors regarding compliance topics.
  • Review the vendor related documents (example SoW), advice on identified risks, suggest corrections, to enable audit readiness.
  • Advice on the consultations with other stakeholders, as necessary for the project (for example ISRM, DP, IA, Legal, Works councils etc.).
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners GPOs to review created global process, technologies used, information & data flow, responsibilities to identify global process risks/gaps for the processes in scope of project.

Design/advice the risk mitigation measures:

  • Design any new necessary controls to fix the gaps, outline the control practice note, update P&O control matrix and notify relevant stakeholders.
  • Recommend other/different risk mitigation plans, support in ensuring their implementation.
  • Evaluate the new processes BIA (business impact assessment) in case of emergency, if needed update the Business continuity plan, ensure the recovery team is nominated, trained and all impacted stakeholders are notified.
  • Raise any Compliance related concerns/issues observed related to the activities transition.

Project implementation:

  • Partner with the GPO to review any country step outs from the global process (incl. reasons for step outs, technologies, resources), evaluate the gaps/risks and suggest the mitigation measures. Ensure any follow up activities.
  • Compile and provide compliance scope transition checklist. Ensure the compliance scope transitions are performed seamlessly within the defined timelines, in line with the compliance checklist and sign-off upon completion.
  • Ensure country control owners are nominated, information provided to the GFGC/FC&C, ensure tool for control monitoring is updated accordingly.
  • Ensure the control owners and country dedicated FC&Cs are trained on the control activities, document the training evidences
  • Closely collaborate with the P&O Compliance team. May act as deputy for other Compliance team members as assigned by the Global Head P&O Compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • University degree, preferably in legal, compliance, audit, finance, human resources.
  • Significant audit experience, compliance, quality assurance, ideally with exposure to HR - Time & Attendance ideally.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written) is mandatory .
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and compliance standards (desirable experience with different HR systems).
  • Experience with operational/financial/fraud/legal risk management, internal controls framework, design of controls.
  • Business continuity management experience.
  • Experience across multiple P&O domains.
  • Collaborating across boundaries.
