Overview:
As a P&OD Co-ordinator at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

  • Support the APAC P&OD team and employee population across a range of employee life cycle process including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Facilitate regional new joiner process which includes setting up background checks, drafting and issuing contracts and assisting with new joiner queries
  • Support immigration matters such as work pass/visa application, renewals and cancellations
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience and address first level candidate inquiries
  • Apply your strong attention to detail to maintaining employee system data and dashboards
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including assisting with the completion of required paperwork and collaborating with our wider teams to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and access on their first day
  • Coordinate the offboarding process including preparing documentation, updating the HR systems and platforms, and managing access and the return of assets
  • Maintain HR systems and trackers to support efficient and accurate data management and reporting across different regions
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of payroll data, including new starters, leavers, transfers, salary changes and deductions
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Team to reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any payroll-related issues
  • Manage invoice processing for P&OD costs across the region
  • Utilize your knowledge of global HR practices and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and customs in various regions
  • Collaborate with the P&OD team on regional and global initiatives and projects
  • General HR administrative support as required such as benefit renewals, letter generation, venue and event coordination for learning activities

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Grown your experience in a similar human resources operations role
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various remits/regions in a fast-paced environment
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Are detailed orientated and quality focused
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks according to agreed deadlines
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities
