Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to various situations, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in loss prevention or security roles is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.

- Maintain surveillance through CCTV systems and other security equipment.
- Enforce rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage.
- Provide assistance in conflict management situations as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
