Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to various situations, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in loss prevention or security roles is preferred.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
  • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
  • Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities.
  • Maintain surveillance through CCTV systems and other security equipment.
  • Enforce rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage.
  • Provide assistance in conflict management situations as needed.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
