REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in Purchasing Role
• Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with people of all levels to a good standard
• Good inter-personal skills with the ability to work with a diverse team
• Ability to work independently and flexibly, and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate in at least one other European language (ideally German)
• Methodical, organised and an eye for detail
• Good time management
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Creation of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Update Purchase Orders with new details (dates, vendors, quantities)
• Review and update and close overdue purchase orders
• Working closely with the business to ensure timely reception of purchase orders
• Establishes and maintains good supplier relationships
• Maintaining records of supplier contracts
• Review and update and close overdue purchase orders
• Any associated purchasing administrative tasks as required
• Work with other departments e.g. procurement and supply chain to ensure an efficient payables process
• Ensure processes and procedures are fully documented and completed in a standardised manner
• Support other areas of finance, as required
• Assist in processing of Invoices and matching with Purchase orders
