MEET YOUR TEAM

Looking forward to having you in my team to support and coordinate the vendor and service (re)- enablement processes and team. You will join an international and dynamic team based in three locations Prague, Manila, and Buenos Aires and experience global coordination role.

As a member of the Procure to Pay team, you will support the Data Processing Enablement (DPE), analysis and compliance activities within the supply chain globally given by the European Commission. You will coordinate a sub-team and act as back-up for team lead or manager.

• Ensure the completion and quality checks of DPE-related questionnaires and requirements
• Participate on hiring process
• Handling of inquiries from end users, line of business, stakeholders, and external
• Communicate with sub-team and across other teams – first point of contact for management and for team members
• Process de-escalation
• Lead for operational projects
• Monitoring and coordinating workload for a sub-team
• Driving knowledge management and automations
• Coordination of newcomer onboarding
