Opportunities have arisen in the Housing Solutions Team for the role of Warden. We have one full time permanent role.
Reporting to the Property Inspection Officer you will be responsible for the cleaning and stocking of temporary accommodation properties across Gateshead.
You will be required to clean the properties to a high standard and carry out basic maintenance work.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a passion and commitment to support homeless households. You will be an excellent communicator both verbally, and in writing and be able to show a good understanding of equality and diversity.
It is vital that you can demonstrate that you have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to organise your own workload and to work on your own initiative.
