Description:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a combined role of PA/Office Manager to join our head office team on a permanent part time basis, ideally 3 days (21 hours) per week. This will be an office based role and the ability to commute to our head office in Notting Hill is essential.
The PA/Office Manager will be responsible for supporting our founder Penelope Chilvers with diary management, event scheduling, travel booking, handling correspondence and managing her personal and buisness calendars. The office management aspects of the role will include managing the IT inventory for the whole team, monitoring and ordering office supplies, managing office expenditure in line with weekly budgets and ensure H&S requirements are met for all office based employees.
The successful applicant will have prior experience within a similar role, have excellent time management and organisation skills, very strong verbal and written communication skills, will work well under pressure and have the ability to multi-task and remain calm. Experience within a luxury fashion retail environment is preferred and the ability to speak Spanish would be advantageous
