Responsibilities:

  • Provide diary coordination assistance to enable the General Managers to effectively manage priorities. As part of this, act as a point of contact and conduit between stakeholders and the General Managers.
  • Oversee or directly manage the booking and administration of travel requirements for the General Managers.
  • Fulfil corporate governance requirements by processing, administering and reconciling approved expenditure such as taxi cab charge, and service requisitions on behalf of the General Managers.
  • Identify process improvements in the way work is allocated and delivered within the General Manager support model to achieve an optimal balance relative to divisional priorities and needs.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with the business, administration, PA and EA support teams to ensure consistency, continuous improvement and alignment with Powerlink frameworks
