Candidates should possess an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant field. They must have significant experience providing high-level business support in a complex, politically sensitive, and customer-focused environment, along with a proven ability to prioritise their own and others’ work schedules. Strong interpersonal skills are also required.

Responsibilities:
Assist the PA Service Lead in effectively managing the PA Team, ensuring effective operational delivery support to the Extended Leadership Team, including supporting on any projects/ research or development work as required to meet the needs of the service, including training plans and guidance to support the team.
You will lead and motivate the PA team including having overall management responsibility for a number of PA’s, ensuring a confidential, professional, customer focussed and efficient service is delivered to all members of the Extended Leadership.
Additionally, you will provide PA support to the Extended Leadership Team providing administrative support that is confidential, professional, and effective in a pressurised and politically challenging environment.
