Description:

LET’S TRANSFORM BANKING FOREVER

ClearBank is built on the belief that banking infrastructure shouldn’t slow down progress. Quite the opposite. Speed it up and that’s when you unlock potential. When you really start to innovate.
That spirit and ‘can-do’ attitude is why our clients – from FinTech’s and crypto platforms, to banks and credit unions – choose to use our API to power their banking infrastructure.
But it’s our people who are the stars here. They power that innovation, push harder to break boundaries. They make coming to work (or working from home) fun. They’re the ones we trust to catapult our clients to success. Just as they trust us to build a business that’s always striding forward.

Responsibilities:

Your role includes:

  • Provide support to the CRO and CCO, plus additional members of their senior leadership team. This includes, but is not limited to, diary management, drafting emails and managing inbox, organising offsites, both business and team lunches, drafting documents and ensuring quarterly meetings and half year/full year reviews are scheduled in advance
  • Working closely with ClearBank’s PA/EA and Executive group to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Supporting Board Days, Internal Workshops/Meetings, and any Client Meetings
  • Expenses management for the CRO and CCO and their senior team
  • Travel arrangements and work-related booking

To excel in this role, you’ll also need:

  • Previous PA experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable supporting different team members with varying priorities, and acting as a central point of contact for department enquiries from other areas of the Bank
  • Ability to actively engage with key stakeholders in the business
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team and cross-functionally
  • Excellent organisational skills and deadline-focused approach
  • Exceptional working knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to pick up new programmes where necessary
  • Ability to act with discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Solutions and outcomes focussed personality that brings their A-game to every tas
