What You’ll Do as a Personal Assistant

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Calendar Management and Prioritization: Coordinate complex scheduling, manage the COO’s calendar, and ensure information flow by prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Daily Operations Oversight: Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to oversee daily functional operations, handling various administrative tasks.
  • Email and Correspondence Management: Conserve the COO’s time by managing emails, reading, researching, and proactively handling correspondence.
  • Agenda and Meeting Management: Actively coordinate agendas, action lists, and communication engagement for the COO, including arranging regular meetings and one-on-one sessions.
  • Travel Coordination and Liaison: Coordinate travel activities, act as a liaison with stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality while drafting key correspondence and communications.
