Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are now seeking an innovative Personal Assistant to support the General Manager of Ireland. The role will be based at our Head Office in Dublin, will require occasional visits to other sites across the country. This role will be on a part-time basis and will involve up to 2-3 days per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a successful, fast paced company, delivering a high service and interacting with all areas of the business.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage extensive and often challenging electronic diaries using Microsoft Outlook. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Acting as a key point of contact between the leadership team and other key parties, setting up meetings as appropriate and maintaining good communication.
- Organising all travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights and local transportation, expense claims, organising business related functions, liaising with finance in relation to payment of invoices etc.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, preparation of board pack and minute-taking
- Collating presentations and full meeting packs using PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Collection and drop off to the airport weekly.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
