Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Pac-3 Quality Engineering Manager to join the Missile and Weapons Systems group located in Huntsville, AL. This will support the Patriot Advanced Capability -3 (PAC-3) program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an engineering field/STEM
• 3+ years of experience analyzing nonconformance data and/or Nonconformance Management (NCM)
• Experience leading teams
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Experience performing quality engineering and technical activities
• Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA)
• Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning

• Manages employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.
• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
• Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
• Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.
