LOCATION: Washington, DC preferred (hybrid); other states considered: AK, CA, FL, MD, OR, TX, WA, WV or VA

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled PAC Business Partner to oversee day-to-day HR operations, drive key initiatives, and support organizational goals through effective HR management.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on management and process improvement.
  • Proven expertise in HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily HR operations, including policy guidance, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Partner with management to align HR practices with organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Manage employee onboarding and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements across HR functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support management with employee performance reviews and assist in creating performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
