POSITION TITLE: PAC Business Partner
DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: People and Culture
REPORTS TO: VP of People and Culture
STATUS: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt
LOCATION: Washington, DC preferred (hybrid); other states considered: AK, CA, FL, MD, OR, TX, WA, WV or VA
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled PAC Business Partner to oversee day-to-day HR operations, drive key initiatives, and support organizational goals through effective HR management.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on management and process improvement.
- Proven expertise in HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily HR operations, including policy guidance, employee relations, and compliance.
- Partner with management to align HR practices with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Manage employee onboarding and coordinate training and development programs.
- Develop and implement process improvements across HR functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support management with employee performance reviews and assist in creating performance improvement plans.
- Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
