We are looking for a Packaging Artworker to join the Bidfood Studio & Design team. As a Packaging Artworker, you will be responsible for designing and producing packaging artwork for our own brand products, ensuring that they meet our brand standards.

Responsibilities:
A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
- Use your creative flair and technical expertise to design and produce packaging artwork for our own brand products including labels, cartons, and other packaging materials
- You’ll get involved with a variety of projects and collaborate with a range of colleagues as you make sure Bidfood’s own brand products are aligned with the company’s branding and marketing strategies
- Working closely with our Marketing and Brand teams, you will make sure our artwork meets our customers’ needs and brand standards
- Creating and maintaining design files and templates for packaging artwork, ensuring brand identity consistency
- You will be interested in design trends and will keep the business up to date with packaging regulations, making recommendations for improvements to our packaging designs
Where has your journey taken you so far?
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the food industry
- You’ll have strong design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience working with packaging software such as Esko or similar
- Strong understanding of packaging design principles and colour management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Degree or equivalent qualification in design preferable but not essential
This role will be based in our Slough head office but currently our team spend their working week both at home and in the office, typically 2 or 3 days at home.
