Our Branding & Packaging Department buzzes with activity all day long as one of our biggest and fastest-growing teams. You will be responsible for the strategic development of the brands portfolio and to derive packaging designs while you collaborate closely with suppliers, the packaging management team, buyers and external agencies. With your high standards, exceptional organisational skills, and impeccable attention to detail you will play a key role in supporting the performance of your department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, creative flair, and excellent multi-tasking & administration skills!

What you’ll do

  • Co-ordinate and support the management of packaging design projects for all FMCG categories
  • Prepare and deliver strategic and creative briefs for national and international packaging design projects
  • Evaluate and present creative and supporting data to stakeholders
  • Act as a brand guardian, instigate and maintain brand design guidelines
  • Instigate the creation and maintenance of internal guidelines (e.g. process guidelines, CSR topics, etc.)
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business

What you’ll need

  • Proven design management experience preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self- motivated, but team orientated
  • Highly organised and skilled at managing their own time and workload
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Confident with a firm yet professional manner
  • Solutions driven
  • PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite advantageous, but not essential
  • German language would be advantageous but not essential.
