JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented and innovative Packaging Designer to join our team for an upcoming project! In this role, you will work from concept to final product, focusing on designing packaging for retail environments. Your responsibilities will include creating attractive and functional packaging designs that enhance product appeal and ensure a cohesive brand experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong 3D rendering skills and have experience in developing adaptable designs for various products. Additionally, you should be capable of generating presentations that effectively showcase your packaging concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Packaging Designer, ideally within the retail sector.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, KeyShot, Blender) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in creating adaptable designs for various products.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling presentations around packaging concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

• Develop creative and functional packaging designs from concept to final product for retail displays.

• Adapt and refine existing packaging designs for various products, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production, to ensure designs meet brand and technical requirements.
• Create and present comprehensive presentations that effectively showcase packaging designs to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to develop innovative packaging solutions.
• Ensure all designs are functional, cost-effective, and manufacturable.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
