Your Scope
We are looking for a Packaging Development Officer within the Procurement department for the Ardo Group. Group Procurement is responsible for the central strategic purchase/sourcing of a large package of (frozen) raw materials, services, materials, and packaging for all Ardo factories and locations. In this role, you are part of an international team that is working end-to-end on the development, implementation, and adaptation of new packaging within the group. The most important tasks/responsibilities include:
As part of the Packaging development team, you coordinate all steps towards technically, legally, and graphically correct packaging.
Changes to existing items, as well as new creations, come your way.
Operational development follow-up from A to Z, from creation to availability of the new/changed packaging.
You are in contact with Ardo’s suppliers regarding print plates and design.
In your job you actively collaborate with various departments within the group, both on national and international level.
You will receive on-the-job training within Ardo and a team of 4 direct colleagues will support you.
Your profile
You obtained a bachelor’s degree or equal this with your experience.
You have an affinity with the food sector and are excited to learn about the graphic aspects of packaging.
You are fluently bilingual in Dutch - English, more languages are certainly a bonus.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
You work systematically, accurately, and structured, are administratively strong, and like to do this autonomously.
