YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor degree in Packaging / Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
- Knowledge in packaging development, ISO product design, FMCG experience is of advantage
- Expertise in packaging technologies, management trend analysis as well as knowledge on sustainability aspects of packaging is required
- Self-motivated, creative and open-minded team-player
- Fluent in English language, German is of advantage

Responsibilities:
- Drive packaging innovations, new packaging technologies and materials with sustainability at heart
- Coordinate and execute packaging related projects with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Suppliers, Design Agencies and other internal as well as external partners
- Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures
- Analyze new packaging technologies and materials for their packaging capabilities
- Define packaging specification and their maintenance in the documentation system and plan budgets to meet planned objectives
- Ensures that all new packages meet international recycling, health and safety requirements and other regulations
- Assures technology state of the art through patent protection of all new developments and technologies
- Connects with consumers and generates consumer insights through various platforms
