Our Manufacturing Team, based in Whitby ON is seeking a Packaging Operator with strong food packaging experience to join our manufacturing team and help us continue to create Canada’s best tasting meat snacks! This position is responsible for the safe and effective operation of a packaging line and delivering 4P’s of Performance, Perfect Product, Champion People while ensuring a culture of health and safety.

Responsibilities:
Under the leadership of the Packaging Supervisor or Plant Manager, the Packaging Operator will The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the production line performance, ensuring the team meets daily production targets, and maintaining high standards of product quality, labeling accuracy, and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
