Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Optimising and implementing processes and procedures for the effective management and improvement of the safety, quality and food safety management systems.
  • Manage the customer complaint process and internal audits.
  • Continuous improvement focus.
  • Evaluating, isolating and placing in quarantine defective product due to fault or failure in-line.
  • Leading and coaching production crews through problem solving exercises and improvement projects to resolve customer issues and internal issues.
  • In-line testing, verification, data collection, analysis and KPI reporting.
  • This a day shift role and will predominantly be on the floor with manufacturing.
  • Managing the Quality Checker/Inspector who is working afternoon/night shifts
