Description:

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Packet Core Native, Virtualized & containerized Network functions: vMME,vSGSN,vWMG,vEPG,vMME,vSAPC,PCC(AMF,SMF,SGW-C,PGW-C,MME),PCG(UPF,SGW-U,PGW-U)
Solution level (E2E) technical competence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a complete understanding of E2E deployed solutions for the customers.
  • Lead multi-domain virtual teams and collaborate across the competence centres, global support, and product line maintenance teams to drive incident resolution & root cause.
  • Drive and orchestrate as Investigation Leader for Fault Isolation during regular CSRs and Emergencies.
  • Identify and drive business leads and promote products & services. Identify risks & sales opportunities in the customer network.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and engagement for internal and external stakeholders during escalations.
  • Customer consultation handling on the solution level.
  • On-site (Customer Office) working embedded within the customer operations team.
  • Develop and maintain network troubleshooting methodologies, including the proper operation of the tools and services like CES (Cloud Eco-System Support).
  • Own (and create where needed) Network Recovery Procedures such as but not limited to, disaster recovery, Signaling Storm recovery routines, Traffic rerouting routines, Network recovery documentation, backup procedures, etc.
  • Be part of and secure the Handover to Support process as well as continuous deployment activities.
  • Be a glue between the NFVI, CNF, and VNFs environment and ways of working.
  • Prepare MoPs, test solutions, create impact analysis, and coordinate deployment of corrections from a technical perspective.
  • Redeployment Readiness for Disaster recovery
  • Active part on 24x7 On-Call support
