Green Camel is one of Australia’s largest organic growing facilities, specializing in tomatoes and baby cucumbers. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Logistics Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Cobbitty facility. This role is available for an immediate start.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of English with clear handwriting.
• High attention to detail.
• Reliable transport (public transport is not available to this location).
• Punctuality and strong time management skills.
• Current forklift license or willing to obtain
• Commitment to following company policies, food safety standards, and workplace health and safety regulations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Packhouse Manager, the Logistics Assistant will play a crucial role in the packing and dispatching of our premium-quality products. You will be part of a collaborative, multicultural team that values teamwork, efficiency, and a positive working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately pack and label customer orders for timely dispatch.
• Operate a forklift to manage stock, wrap pallets, and transport orders to cold storage.
• Label pallets, trays, and punnets.
• Wrap pallets and load/unload trucks.
• Complete dispatch documentation with precision.
• Assist in sorting and packing products to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Packhouse and Dispatch areas.
